They account regular gym sessions together as one of the main activities that has helped their marriage stay strong even in dark times. Antonio & Sonia even involve the whole family in the workout schedule they have set. They believe that if parents establish fitness as a priority, it sets the tone for that being an important part of their own lives as they grow up. The family also makes it part of their routine to eat healthy meals together whenever possible.
