As individuals, we all have our good and bad days. As a family, we have our good and bad days too. However, the bad days seem just a little easier when you have the support and encouragement from people you love.
Sometimes it’s hard to get out of bed in the morning. That’s okay. Take those extra few minutes of your morning to just lay there and allow yourself to fully wake up before you take on your day! If you need a little extra push, here are a few ways to self-motivate: 1. Prepare the night before – Whether it’s preparing school lunches or your outfit for work, you will feel less overwhelmed in the morning and more ready for your day when you organize things the night before. 2. Think of motivation as a mindset – What you’re doing doesn’t actually change, but the way you see and think about it does. 3. Set realistic goals and go the extra mile to achieve them– Setting goals is great for motivating us to do something. However, when you set a goal it’s important to be realistic with yourself with what you can achieve in a given amount of time. "Consider it pure joy...whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything." ~James 1:2-4 A Supportive Partner Being supportive of your spouse is one of the many beauties in a relationship. It’s both rewarding and difficult. It allows you to encourage your partner’s dreams and aspirations and offer to help get them there. One way to support your partner is to rid them of expectations. You are not perfect and neither is your partner. Communicate what you want and how you feel rather than assume that they will know or understand otherwise. They will fail, as will you, but remember that you are both on the same team. Take care of each other, and above all, have faith in one another.

In order for you to become the better version of yourself, you must embrace change. If you know that there is something that must be improved, then you must have the willingness to do it! It's right; your motivation should be your mindset. If you will not have a goal and you will tell yourself that you are contented with who you are, then nothing is going to change. The change must always start from you and we should know that!
